Removing White Fuzz

Have you ever wanted to include an image in a page, banner or graphic, only to find that it has an annoying White Fuzz around it? Well, I've found a way to remove this white fuzz easily and painlessly.

First of all, open your image in Photoshop. Simple enough, eh?

Next, go Image > Mode > RGB Colour. Then, create a new layer named 'Background' and move it to the very back.

Now, use the Eyedrop tool and select the white fuzz. Then, fill the 'Background' layer with that colour.

Then select and merge both layers. Select the Magic Eraser Tool. Then click anywhere but on the image.

There, all done. Your image should have no white fuzz, like so:
