- The Pokemon on the Box is Rayquaza, and in the game, Rayquaza takes the place of Kyogre/Groudon.
- You can catch Rayquaza before the Elite 4, and catch Kyogre and Groudon after defeating the Elite Four.
- Emerald contains a cloning glitch, which obviously clones pokemon.
But the one major difference is that Pokemon Emerald has a new location called the Battle Frontier. In the battle Frontier, your pokemon can partake in all different sort of challenges. Each area in the frontier has a different style of battling rules, and after defeating a certain amount of trainers, you can earn points, called Battle Points (BP), which you can then spend at one of the stalls to buy items.
Pokemon Emerald was the sequel to Pokemonm Ruby and Sapphire. Emerald, was very similar to Ruby/Sapphire except in some ways. These are:
